What is Gratitude?

Gratitude is an easy self-initiated process.

Gratitude is taking a few moments to thank all of those who have shown up during the blessed events and during the tragedies.

Gratitude is taking the time to be quiet with yourself and to feel the unique beauty that is you.

Each of us comes with a gift to share with the world.

Each of us comes with a lesson or two to work on, also.

Always patiently loving our ability to work on it.

Healing change comes from a place of gratitude and fullness.

Only them can we come equipped to do the change work.

This morning…start from a space of love and gratitude.

Say thank you to yourself for being so strong and persistent.

Say thank you to one person who offered a hand when you needed it.

Say thank you to your parents in all their perfect imperfection for giving you life.

Step out into today surrounded with that gratitude.
